About Brittani

Brittani graduated from Miami International Art and Design with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design and a minor in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University. In 2014 she was hired on by Blue Design, one of South Florida’s top design firms. Brittani worked on several projects in some of South Beach’s most iconic buildings such as the Continuum and Murano Grand at Portofino.
Brittani’s love for South Florida living and her passion for meeting new people lead her to obtain her Real Estate License in 2016 where she joined her mother Raquel Brookins and The Brookins Team was created.
Over the years Brittani has been able to use her personal skills in Interior Design when working with sellers and buyers.
She readily shares ideas and recommendations to help make homes more marketable for a quicker more profitable return. She also offers realistic design ideas and visions to potential home buyers, helping them to find their forever home.
