I specialize in new construction, with over seven years of hands-on experience, including serving as an on-site agent in communities such as Boykin Lakes, Melrose, Dovestone at Taylor Lakes, and Grantham. I understand the building process from the inside out—timelines, upgrades, contracts—and I use that knowledge to protect and guide my clients every step of the way.
