Brittany Ranew

Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Brittany moved to Southwest Florida with her husband, Stephen Ranew. After selling real estate with a local real estate agency in Mobile, she was eager to jump into the Florida real estate market. Brittany understands the difficulty of moving to a new state and she loves being an advocate and partner to help others make the same transition. As a Certified Relocation Professional, Brittany prides herself in being a valued resource to her customers and connecting them with the right people so they can feel at home. She also uses the systems and processes she has in place to ensure concierge-level service to every customer and make the transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible along the way.

Brittany believes the best way to provide valuable resources to her customers is to immerse herself in the culture in which she lives and works. She launched a podcast called “St. Pete Soul” because she strongly feels that the heart and soul of any community is its local businesses. The podcast’s entire goal is to highlight St. Pete’s local businesses. Brittany wants to put the spotlight on what makes St. Pete so special by telling the stories of the small business owners.

An important part of Brittany’s life is giving back to the community she loves. She serves on the board of the St. Pete Young Professionals Chamber (SPYP), where they participate in advocacy, promoting local businesses and participating in charity and community service projects.

For fun, Brittany enjoys all things Disney and frequents the parks as an Annual Passholder. As an avid Tampa Bay Rays fan, one of her favorite pastimes with her husband, Stephen, is attending games together and cheering on the Rays at Tropicana Field. They also enjoy playing tennis, kayaking, and having fun in the sun with their two energetic golden retrievers, Piper, and Parker.
