Embarking on my real estate journey was deeply personal. In my early 20s, my husband and I purchased our first home, only to be met with condescension and a lack of support. This experience ignited my passion to ensure others never face such challenges. I believe the path to homeownership should be joyous, with clients feeling confident and well-supported throughout the process.
With over a decade in the real estate industry, I specialize in assisting first-time homebuyers, veterans, and seniors in the Upper Ohio Valley. Holding dual licenses in West Virginia and Ohio, I am honored to serve as a WVAR State Director and have graduated from the WVAR Leadership Academy. As a Veterans United Preferred Agent, I am dedicated to guiding veterans toward their dream homes. My commitment to excellence has been recognized by the Wheeling Board of REALTORS®, where I am proud to be a Top Producer.
Adhering to a “serve, don’t sell” philosophy, I prioritize understanding and fulfilling each client’s unique needs. Beyond real estate, I am actively involved in my community, serving on the Mountaineer Brew Fest committee and the Convention and Public Relations committee for WVAR. I am also a proud member of the Ladies League of Marshall County.
In my personal time, I enjoy home improvement projects, decorating, playing euchre, smoking meats and bbq, cooking, listening to podcasts, enjoying standup comedy, and beating the pants off my boys at Mario Kart.
Looking ahead, I am committed to furthering my expertise by pursuing the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations, as well as obtaining my broker’s license. I am also embarking on an auction apprenticeship to secure my auctioneer’s license and launching a handyman business tailored to real estate agents and their clients.
