I decided to look to buy when my apartment delivered notice to increase rent to an amount I wasn’t on board with. In less than 3 weeks Brittany helped me find my condo & we went under contract in less than a month. Moved in, in less than 3 months. I was on vacation when I saw the property, I liked it, & wanted to tour because I felt it wouldn’t be on the market long. She toured the home with me on FaceTime. She was always a call or text away throughout the process. I’m the kind of person that wants to be hands on, especially since I was a first time buyer. She helped balance that every step of the way. Towards the end my sellers were a pain to work with, they were being extremely selfish after I agreed to pay overprice. Brittany was patient in helping me to navigate that frustrating part.
