Brittnay Earnest

Our Associate Broker Brittnay is a Schuylkill County native and Blue Mountain School District graduate. She found a passion for real estate after purchasing, renovating, and then selling her first home with her husband. Since that first sale, Brittnay and her husband created a business and she successfully expanded her experience to real estate investing and managing rental properties throughout Schuylkill County.

Brittnay believes “Eduction is the key to Success” which is why she earned her Bachelor's degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Business Management and Marketing. After several years in the Real Estate Industry she earned her Associate Broker’s License. She is constantly looking for ways to improve her skills to service her clients better and has earned several national designations including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seller Resource Specialist (SRS).

In her personal time she enjoys being with her family doing various activities such as camping, kayaking, corn hole, pickleball, and skiing. She also enjoys working on renovation projects with her husband, reading, interior design, and walking her dogs.

Brittnay loves helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals. She is an experienced listing agent and has worked with all kinds of buyers - from first time home buyers to seniors, and all the way to experienced investors.
