We were faced with multiple stumbling blocks throughout this process, due to the seller, but we got through every single one. Brittney went above and beyond for me. She never gave up on me. I can honestly say she gave this process her all. She ensured me that everything would work out for me, which it did. She was very transparent, honest, and thorough . Brittany is the best agent you could ever work with. She is so professional and she really works with her clients. I was able to find my home, get approved, and
close in literally less than 6 months. This was my first time buying a home and she made the process so easy. Brittany will make sure you are in the loop with everything. She was so honest and I really appreciate that. She calmed my nerves when I started freaking out. At a time when the market was geared towards the seller I was feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated. It was a pleasure working with Britney, I found her on Instagram some time ago, reached out to her back in March of 2020 asking her what I needed to have to start the process and then I put the work in. When I was ready I did the consultation with her and we only looked at about 6 houses before I found the 1 and we put the offer in and let me just say (there were SEVERAL offers and many people had looked at my house) but they chose our offer! Brittney knew exactly what to do and how to negotiate and she got me my first house right before Christmas!!! If you need realtor look no further!!!!

I can’t say enough about how amazing Brittney is as a realtor. Working with her was like working with a friend I’ve known all my life! She was super relatable, EXTREMELY professional and made the first time home buying process a breeze for my fiancé and I. She listened to what I wanted and offered advice that was trustworthy. I went in planning to use my own lender, I ended up using all the people that Brittney recommended from the lender to the inspector and everybody was phenomenal!! She communicated exceptionally and explained things sometimes more than once and I never felt like I was bothering her or like I wasn’t a priority.
