She was born and raised in Pinellas County and Tampa Bay has always been her home. Her career in the Real Estate industry began in early 2001 as an assistant at a local Title Insurance Company. Within a year of taking that job, she moved her way up to Title Processor, which quickly turned into a closing position at a competing title office. After the move, she obtained her Escrow License from the State of Florida and spent several years traveling all over the Tampa Bay area as a Title Agent, closing real estate transactions for our Lender and Realtor clients. In late 2004, she decided to try her hand at Real Estate, joining a team at REMAX Action First in St. Petersburg. Real Estate was booming, and they needed someone with her "back end" experience to expand their team. She left her position as Escrow Officer and obtained her Real Estate License in September of 2004. With many years of title insurance and real estate experience, she has acquired a great deal of knowledge handling both sides of the transaction, and she understands the frustrations buyers and sellers can encounter during the closing process. As both a Realtor and Title Agent, her understanding of how the "other side" works has helped to make her very versatile in her She is very versatile in her ability to handle complex issues and transactions, and to help avoid pitfalls along the way for her clients. As a homeowner, she understands firsthand how stressful buying and selling the largest investment you will ever make can be... Quite simply, she "gets it". Her job is to take the stress and guesswork out of the entire process!! She is a mom to the most amazing little girl, who is the absolute light of her life. She currently lives in St. Petersburg with her fiancé, her daughter, and their two dogs (an Australian Shepherd & Cane Corso). In her free time, she can almost always be found at the barn, spending time with her horse. Real Estate is not something she does part-time or on weekends. This is her full-time job.
