Brittni Johnson is a maverick in the North Houston residential real estate market. She began developing her expertise in real estate after she bought her first investment property in 2014. Since then she has bought and sold homes for her own portfolio and represented clients in over $10 million in real estate transactions. She has unique expertise in out-of-state investing, luxury home sales, and short-term rental investments. Her negotiation skills and marketing plans are unmatched. Brittni is a graduate of Stanford University where she double majored in Civil Engineering and International Relations. She also holds a business degree from Columbia Business School.
