As a real estate investor with more than 10 years of hands-on experience, I bring a practical, investment-minded approach to real estate. My background includes buying, renovating, managing, and selling properties, giving me firsthand experience in evaluating value, identifying opportunity, understanding renovation potential, and negotiating deals.

I work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Lake of the Ozarks and surrounding areas, with experience across residential, investment, and commercial properties. I especially enjoy properties where there is an opportunity to create value, whether through improvements, repositioning, rental income, or future development.

My goal is straightforward: give my clients clear information, practical advice, and strong representation so they can make smart real estate decisions. I approach every property with both an agent’s perspective and an investor’s eye.
