We can't thank Brook enough. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte area. 24 hrs from meeting Brook and several showings she found the house we were looking for. Brook had the contacts for concerns we had with the house and got the answers we needed to close 8 days later. Brook was on top of all aspects right through closing and even a bigger help after the sale. She has stayed in contact after the sale to see if she can still help us. Through the purchasing and selling of my parents’ properties and searching for my own, Brook was immensely patient with us and all of our seemingly endless questions and requests. She is super sweet and asked important questions on our behalf to make sure there weren’t any underlying issues with the properties we were interested in. When the time came she was diligent in making sure everything was in place, communicated with the title agent, and kept us informed every step of the way.
