Brook’s approach to life is pretty simple: do it right, do it now, and no excuses. Don’t let that fool you, though. She is a kind, caring person dedicated to meeting the needs of those around her. She brings determination and a concern for others to real estate. Brook was born and raised in Utah and proudly serves Salt Lake, Utah, Summit, Wasatch, and Davis Counties. Her fifteen years of real estate experience and nearly a billion dollars in home sales have provided a wealth of experience. She has been the recipient of the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, 100% and Executive Club Awards multiple times. She loves working with first time buyers, new construction, land acquisition, and investment properties.

Brook speaks both Spanish and Portuguese. She enjoys the Latin culture and owned and operated a successful wholesale company that primarily served that community. As with real estate, her success was built on her genuine concern for her clients as well as an open ear and an eye for detail. Her extensive market knowledge, a combination of traditional and state-of-the-art marketing, along with skillful negotiation, informed communication, and dedication to individual client’s needs has led to fantastic results as shown by customer satisfaction and loyalty. Tailoring real estate transactions to the personality and interests of her clients is one of the things she does best.

Brook is passionate about God, her family, nature, education, health and humanitarian work. At the top of Brook’s favorites list are her four bright, active children - one now married - and her (occasionally) witty husband. Just behind that is the sunrise and the butter you find at Lake Powell at five in the morning. She also loves Rachmanioff, fresh powder, road or mountain biking, a good night’s sleep, tennis, savory salads, and a genuine smile.
