Brooke Madden- Baker is a native of Crockett County, now residing in Jackson, Tennessee with her husband, Chris. She is the mother of Clayton Madden (25)Tyler Madden (20)and the bonus mom to Jada Baker (25)and the bonus Lolly to Novalie (5)
Brooke started her real estate career in 2007 after flipping three properties in the Dyersburg area. She has extensive knowledge in everything real estate from single-family, investment property, commercial, lot/land/farm properties, new construction and flipping properties, along with some interior design work. In 2018, Brooke worked with a local investor who flipped six properties in the downtown Jackson area. Brooke says, “I love seeing the older homes being renovated and seeing the downtown area made new again!”
Throughout the 18 years, Brooke has served as a realtor in West TN. She has also served our local real estate association on multiple committees such as the charitable events, public relations, and education committees. She continues in 2025 serving at CWTAR on the Events/PR committee and RPAC. In 2025 chairing the Events/PR committee. Community involvement is extremely important to her! Brooke says, “ This is not just a job, it is a passion! It’s about that first time homebuyer finding “THE HOUSE!” It’s about having that single parent who has been struggling to make this happen find “THE HOME!” It is tears of joy, but it’s also hard times like selling your parents home. I want to be there for all of it, to help you celebrate and to help you remember good times, to make even the hard sales easier! I truly love what I do so this isn’t a job, it’s my passion!
