My husband and I worked with Brooke and her team to buy our dream home and sell our old home and I cannot speak highly enough about both experiences. When buying our new home, Brooke new exactly what to do to appeal to sellers in a competitive market. We were not exactly prepared to buy a home- we just found it with the help of Brooke, but she walked us through every single step and connected us with everyone/everything we needed to be prepared to buy in a short notice. I have bought and sold homes using various real estate agents but have now used Brooke exclusively for my latest purchase and sale. She works just as hard for the buyer as she does the seller.

She is very quick , usually immediate with her responses to texts. You are kept up to speed along the entire process by both her and her assistant.

For the sale she put more work into getting together comps than any other agent I have ever worked with. This was especially important due to the unique home and unique setting. She then came out with her professional photographer who also took some drone footage of the home and surrounding area. Once the photos were done the home was listed with the MLS within 48 hrs and the home had a contract on it within the next 48 hrs.

The market is very hot now and homes are selling fast. When I spotted something I was interested in Brooke found out all the details on the house only to then tell me that there were already 3 offers that were being presented that night to the sellers. I asked her to see if I could still get in to look at the property. She had the sellers put off their meeting, I got a look at the place which I really wanted. She helped me decide on the offer and it was accepted. The offer she suggested was less than what I was thinking of. The offer was accepted the next morning. She saved me several thousand dollars on the purchase.

You know if someone has this many 5 star reviews that they have to be good. You won't find a more knowledgeable, harder working and responsive agent than Brooke !
