Brooke is fantastic. She came highly recommended, and we weren't disappointed. We only looked at houses for one full day (4 houses we chose, 1 that she chose) before we bought one! Talk about amazing. And the house we ended up buying was one she decided to show us that we hadn't seen listed... something she thought we might like. You have to trust your realtor, it's that simple. We never felt we were being sold anything (in fact, she was much more realistic about things than me--telling us what she liked and what concerned her)... she was practical, honest, knowledgeable, experienced, hard-working and very accessible at all times. We recently sold our home with Brooke and couldn't be happier with the service she provided. She went well beyond any help we received from agents we have worked with in the past. Our home had been on the market for about 6 months with minimal interest and very few showings when we finally decided to take the house off the market, make a few changes, and re-list with Brooke as our new agent. We were taking a risk but we felt we had to do something different, and we were tired of continuing to drop the price when we knew our home was worth more! Brooke came in very confidently and gave us a list of items to address, acknowledging that we'd have to put some $$ in to freshen things up in order to re-position the home and make it more appealing, but she was also confident that we could get an offer in the range we were hoping for. She helped us every step of the way and gave very specific instruction on what to do to prepare our property. We had already moved out of the area so our house was sitting empty and Brooke took charge of managing the improvement projects -- including bringing in her own contractors to complete some work quickly and at very reasonable prices. Our home went back on the market in November (typically not a great time to try to sell) and amazingly we had an offer within a week. I still don't know how she did it!
