Brooke Wells

Brooke Wells is passionate about Multi-Family and Business Development and sold CRE in several asset classes. Brooke paid for her degree from Arkansas State University in Business Management and Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship by doing single home flipping. As the first in her family to break the poverty she believes that the best way for real long-term wealth comes from creating opportunities and stimulating the local economies.

She has worked on several projects solving construction and managerial needs. She currently holds a property holding company focused on business development and consulting, COMPANY has acquired, facilitated, or joined hundreds of projects Brooke has done multiple rehab projects across the country using SBA loans, conventional financing, private lending, owner carried finance, creative financing of all types, and securities exchange. Currently, Brooke is focused on reinventing the world of multifamily investing during the current economic climate.
