Bruce McGill

As a graduate of Business Administration and Finance at Troy State University, Bruce McGill began his career in Corporate Banking in 1979. He continued his work in the banking and loan industry while also founding a private mortgage company in 1988. He received his real estate license, opened a commercial real estate sales agency, and began selling commercial properties in addition to the mortgage company in 1994. He became a broker in 2014 and eventually moved on to become the Vice President and Managing Broker for a new firm and developed it into a top 10 producing real estate sales agency. Over the years he's earned numerous awards for loan production and quality and real estate sales including the Impact Award for Excellence in Service, Top Producer, Top Sales, Esprit, Millennial Club Top Sales/Production, Statewide, and Gold Club Top Production Statewide. He now lives in Foley, Alabama where he has worked for eXp Realty as the Managing Broker for the Southern Branch which includes more than 25 counties and 375 agents. In his short time with eXp, he has streamlined the onboarding process and increased productivity. In 2021, eXp Alabama closed $10 Billion in real estate sales.
