TRB welcomed Bryan Duffy, their new Chief Real Estate Officer. Mr. Duffy will oversee TRB’s appraisal review process and consult with site selection and construction projects for new TRB locations throughout the state.
Mr. Duffy has over 30 years of experience as an appraiser. Having appraised various commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties, he has extensive knowledge of Texas real estate.
When asked why he chose to join TRB and his thoughts on his new position, Mr. Duffy responded, “From the beginning, the leadership at the bank has been committed to building a great culture for its employees and serving the community. I’ve watched it grow into more and more locations, and everywhere TRB expands, it brings the same mindset – building relationships and community. That appealed to me, and when the opportunity to join the team came, I was excited to do it.”
Mr. Duffy will office out of the bank headquarters in Harlingen. He will also travel for his position as needed to give insight on site selections, real estate appraisals and construction projects.
Mr. Duffy has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Master’s Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He will be a driving force for TRB’s appraisal real estate department and will contribute to TRB’s continued growth and success.
