Bryan was amazing in our home buying and selling process. He was able to find us a house that wasn't even listed yet so we didn't have to compete with other people or get into a bidding war. When he sold our home his advice and guidance helped us get top dollar and set a record in our neighborhood for the highest sales price. His quick responses and great negotiating made the whole experience smooth and as stress-free as possible.

We'll never look for another realtor again. We found Bryan by chance as our fourth or fifth realtor on a very difficult home to sell. Not only did he get it sold within a couple weeks but he's continued to help us sell another and purchase two. He's a combination of a super friendly guy who patiently works with you through your problems and the shark that you need in your corner so you don't get the bad end of a deal. He's always been extremely forthcoming with information as well as easy to get a hold of when we needed him. We've depended on him to get us through the biggest decisions of our life and he's never let us down. I can't say enough good things about Bryan. We'll continue to refer him whenever we get the chance and he'll continue to be our realtor for life.

My wife and I were referred to Bryan Finkel by close friends of ours and we couldn't be more grateful to have worked with him. Bryan was instrumental in helping us purchase our very first home! He guided us through the entire process from the moment we entered the market to the moment we got our keys! What made the process especially enjoyable was Bryan's ability to make us feel as if we were his only clients. Bryan was amazing with the purchase of this home (2016), and now the selling of the home. Bryan was an obvious choice to sell it based on my experience with him.

Bryan was focused solely on me, as the seller, and what was in my best interest. Bryan negotiated as if he was selling his own home. Bryan is also detailed oriented, responsive, knowledgeable, and walked us through every step of the selling process.

Bottom line, Bryan sold our home in five days at full price. Awesome job!!!!
