My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Bryan in our Cleveland home search. We have purchased many properties before and Bryan is one of the very best agents with whom we have worked. His availability, attention to detail, PATIENCE(!!!), and in-depth knowledge of the area and the work needed on the property were invaluable. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking to relocate or otherwise purchase property in the area.

Bryan did a phenomenal job finding a house for my husband and I. He listened to what we wanted, took the time to show us SEVERAL homes (more than 9 homes) and when we found the perfect house he helped us save $36,000 from the asking price! My personal experience with Howard Hanna was with Bryan Spurlock, he really cared about finding us our perfect home ! And he did just that ! If Anyone is looking to buy or sell there home I recommend they reach out to Bryan, he really listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for. He never tried to push or sell us anything. I was doing a distant purchase for the first time and Bryan was awesome to work with. He was super helpful throughout the process, proactive, and patient when answering all of my questions!

I can say that he always wanted to do what was best on my end. Somehow he was able maintain/manage this as well as negotiate in a way that both ends felt like winners. I believe that his character played a huge role in the sellers going above and beyond what was agreed upon.

I will definitely be using him in the future as well as highly recommending him to others. Thanks Bryan you are appreciated!

Bryan helped us sell our current home for 17% above what another realtor told us that she could sell it for. He also helped us find a bigger home that met all of our needs and negotiated it down to the appraised value when market inventory was low and we were locked into our contract. Bryan helped us deal with difficult sellers that were in the middle of a divorce, and he helped us with disputes regarding non-compliance with the sales contract even when the transaction was complete. Bryan is extremely responsive, and he took as much time as he needed to answer all of our questions or research the issues. He was great to work with and a refreshing change to the realtor experience. We came to him from a realtor that showed little patience with our home search because she is a well-reviewed and popular realtor in the Cleveland area and told us she had more valuable clients. Bryan put her experience and reputation to shame. A lot of times, consumers will focus on the number of stars and the number of reviews but don't read the details of the reviews. I hope that's different with this review. I hope that a prospective buyer or seller reads about this experience and decides to give Bryan a chance, because they won't regret it. He's going to do very well in this business, and his clients will benefit the most from his work ethic.

We switched to Bryan Spurlock after a horrible experience with a realtor who gave us pushback on every request we made and made us feel devalued as her clients. The switch was the best decision we made.

Bryan worked relentlessly to find us the perfect home, and when we did, he made sure to be available to answer any of our questions and talk through any concerns we had. When it came time to advocate for us on certain things we knew, as buyers, we weren't going to bend on, he knew how to negotiate on our behalf to get us to the finish line.

His flexibility, availability, responsiveness, and support for us made all the difference in the world when it came to our home buying experience. Our sellers and their realtor were both unresponsive and difficult to work with, but Bryan knew how to manage all the relationships in the process and keep everyone happy.

My husband and I are extremely happy with our new home and the experience we had purchasing it. Anyone who asks for a recommendation on realtors will get Bryan's info from me and my husband, hands down.
