Bryant Mercier

Bryant was raised in Plymouth, Michigan and came to live in the Tampa Bay area in 1987 . Bryant’s 35+ years of experience in real estate began in the late 80s in family property management and sales. He has successfully assisted his clients in navigating real estate development issues and has great success in problem solving. Bryant expanded into the mortgage side of the industry from 2000-2010 for residential and commercial financing, specializing in FHA, Conventional, VA, hard money and commercial loan products. Since 2010 Bryant has devoted himself to real estate exclusively. Bryant is now the licensed real estate broker of Mercier Commercial, doing what he loves, helping investors find, buy and sell commercial investments, commercial leasing, land development and real estate sales in general. He is the past president of the Board of Director’s of one of Lennar’s flagship properties, Stagecoach Villages in Land O’ Lakes FL. Bryant is personable, motivated and thoughtful professional who enjoys building relationships with clients to determine the best properties for their real estate investment needs for today and years to come.
