Bryce Abplanalp

First and foremost, I’m a husband and a dad—my family is my greatest priority and motivation. Everything I do, both personally and professionally, is driven by the opportunities I can create for them.

Professionally, I’m a real estate broker, investor, and mortgage loan officer with a deep passion for real estate and all the challenges it brings. As the Broker of Pride & Property Realty, I specialize in buying, selling, and investing, ensuring my clients get the best deals, the smoothest transactions, and the strongest negotiations possible. I’m also a certified property manager, helping clients maximize their investments.

My journey started with a BS in Business from Utah State University, followed by an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. After graduating, I co-founded Cleanwrap, a company built from the ground up. I then transitioned into private equity, working as the Director of Operations at The Romney Group and Pierpont Management, where I honed my skills in business strategy, operations, and negotiation. Eventually, my passion for real estate led me to pursue it full-time—flipping homes, helping clients, and mastering the art of the deal.

To better serve my clients and deepen my understanding of the industry, I recently became a licensed mortgage loan officer with Fairway Mortgage. I believe in constant learning and growth, always striving to improve my expertise in contracts, negotiations, and problem-solving.

I truly love my work—not just for the deals I close but for the opportunities it creates for my family and my clients. And when I’m not working, you’ll likely find me on vacation, probably in Puerto Vallarta or somewhere close to the beach!
