Bryce had to deal with a lot of challenges in our process. He helped us sell our townhome which was seamless and easy. But the building of our new home came with some challenges. Bryce is willing to fight for his clients, simple as that! He stepped in and made things happen when things started getting difficult with our builder. When I started my research of realtors online to sell my Home, Bryce was really the only agent that had the kind of reviews from other home owners I was looking for. After sending the requests to speak with him, I received a prompt call back to start the process. I had informed him of what I was expecting from him including the amount I had wanted as the minimum sell price. I recently bought my first home with Bryce and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was working with a different realtor prior to working with Bryce and I was not happy with the way things were going, Bryce showed me what it was like to work with a professional. He has been very responsive, willing to work with my schedule, and was always happy to meet me at a house whenever worked best for me. I believe the greatest thing Bryce did for me when house shopping was give me his honest opinion on the house, if he saw something that I didn’t, like damage, he would point it out, and tell me that he would recommend me staying away from that house, or, if he had seen something similar before, he would tell me roughly how much he thinks it would cost to repair and that I should do some research and proceed with caution. I could tell that Bryce is trying to build relationships and make sure his clients end up happy in their home and satisfied with their purchase, he’s not just trying to make the sale and move on. Bryce has been extremely helpful through everything and continues to remind me that if I ever have any questions or need help with anything, that I can reach out to him. Bryce overall was the best person I think we could've worked with to sell our home and purchase our new home. He was always responsive, offered clear and concise opinions and knowledge about any question we had, and always made sure we were informed and aware of changes and progress in the process.

I think the biggest benefit he provided, which I've seen lacking in other realtors I've spoken with or worked with in the past, is that any time he presented us with a roadblock or negative change, he always had a plan or recommendation ready to go, before we even had to ask what he thought would be the best course of action. This displayed to me not only how much care he puts into taking care of his clients, but his true understanding and expertise in his field. It made us feel very secure and confident that we were moving in the right direction and making the right decisions as we moved along the home selling and buying processes. He was quick to point out his observations on any home we viewed, and consistently provided real-life examples he'd seen or experienced previously that might impact the homes in some way.

Overall, I would highly recommend Bryce and the Thin Line Real Estate Group to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, or is thinking about doing so in the near future, as he was incredibly helpful from well before we listed our home, all the way through closing. Next time we move (which hopefully won't need to be for quite a while), we'll definitely be reaching out to Bryce again!

This is the realtor to choose! Bryce does an amazing job. We have used several other realtors over the years and Bryce is, by far, the best in quality, capability, and customer service. If you are a first responder/military, choose Bryce -- he knows all the various things to look out for to get the most for your money (rebates/VA loans, etc). He is so prompt in getting answers, following up on things, organizing showings -- the list is endless. He does it all -- he does not outsource things or give the run around.
