Can not say enough about Bryce. He has closed two houses for me in the last year and half. Number one he is very professional and honest. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. Bryce helped me sell my home while I lived in another state. In addition to listing my home and finding a buyer, he handled finding a staging company and repairmen to get my home into shape! I couldn't have sold my home without him. He managed to get me more money in the end than I would have going alone! Well worth his services! I would recommend him to everyone!

My husband and I put our house on the market for sale by owner. Bryce called us and ask to speak with us about him listing our house and taking responsibility for the sale. After meeting with Bryce my husband and I knew we had a met the right person for this tasks. He stayed involved working with us on what was needed, contacting us everyday to see if we needed anything or assistance with doing anything. Within 2 weeks we were ready to put it back on the market. Bryce was Always so pleasant, professional and motivated with selling. We knew he cared as we felt it in his actions. When the house went on the market, that very same day we had 2 offers on our house. The next day we accepted an exceptional offer and closed in 30 days. We had plans to buy on the Gulf coast at a later time so we rented a house. 3 months later we decided to buy again, yes we called Bryce and told him what we were looking for in a house and the location. Within 2 weeks he located a home for us. We tell you our story to say this, God put Bryce in our lives for a reason. He is very loyal and trusting with his clients and most of all he listens to what we want and works to make it happen. I recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house. We know his ethic as we lived it.

I had a previously realtor that I had to terminate because they were not making much effort to sell my home for a year. My mom used Bryce and recommended him. My mom and I both had some challenges and were very stressed. Bryce was very patient and responsive. He also made more attempts to sell than most I have seen. He is diligent, patient and professional. I highly recommend him as he closed the sale on my mother's property and my property timely because of his diligent efforts.
