Two of East Texas top producing real estate firms have announced a merger of their companies. Summers Real Estate Group and Suzanne Cook and Company will now work together as a team that will consist of over 55 agents. As serving members of the Longview, Tyler, and Dallas Metrotex Multiple Listing Services, they have set ambitious goals for growth in their current territories. The new brokerage will be known as Summers Cook and Co. specializing in residential, commercial, and their Cherokee Shores entity in lake property sales.
Bud Summers, an owner/broker of Summers Real Estate Group and Suzanne Cook, owner/broker of Suzanne Cook & Company, are excited about the potential this merger creates. Leaders of the Longview Area MLS, the combined companies, closed over $123,000,000 in sales in 2019. Summers Cook & Co. will hold office in the Energy Center at 1127 Judson Road, Suite 146. Bud Summers will be the broker of record, with Suzanne Cook remaining part of the team as a broker associate. Suzanne will continue to list and sell property and maintain an active presence in the community.

I also look forward to more time with children and grandchildren, none of whom live in Longview, without feeling like I am neglecting my company.
