About Bunny
Just saying “Santa Fe, New Mexico” evokes something magical—farolitos glowing against adobe walls, the scent of green chile in the air, a stroll down Canyon Road or a snowy morning on the slopes at Ski Santa Fe. Bunny Terry has lived this dream for the past 13 years—and she’s here to help others do the same.
A licensed Realtor since 2004 and a lifelong New Mexican, Bunny brings a rare combination of small-town values, high-level marketing expertise, and deep local knowledge to every transaction. She began her career selling everything from modest lots to multimillion-dollar ranches in northeastern New Mexico and later helped develop Dos Rios at Ute Lake, a luxury lakeside community.
Now part of REAL Broker, a national, tech-driven firm built on the values of collaboration over competition and a simple motto—Work Hard. Be Kind—Bunny leads her clients with those same principles. Whether you’re buying your dream Santa Fe home or preparing to sell, she’s known for concierge-level service, sharp negotiation skills, and a heart-first approach.
Her work is rooted in gratitude and perspective. As a stage 4 colon cancer survivor, Bunny understands how important it is to live life with intention. That’s why she continues to give back—today serving as a board member for the Cancer Foundation for New Mexico, which provides critical support to patients undergoing treatment across the region. She has also supported organizations like ArtSMART Santa Fe, Christ Church Santa Fe youth programs, and national cancer advocacy efforts. She also now serves on the board of Nexus Health Foundation.
Bunny grew up in the small town of Logan, NM (pop. 1,100), where she learned that community, kindness, and hard work are the foundation of a good life. Those values shape everything she does—from real estate to writing to volunteer work.
She’s also the creator and host of The Real Santa Fe podcast, where she highlights the people, places, and stories that make this city unlike anywhere else.
And in her spare time? She’s sharing family stories, travel tips, and her grandma’s chocolate pie recipe on her blog I Love New Mexico—a heartfelt tribute to the land and people she loves.
If you’re looking for a broker who blends professional know-how with a deeply personal touch, Bunny just might be your perfect match.
