Byron Taylor is an excellent realtor and we were pleased with his promptness and professionalism from the start to the end with selling our home. Byron and Josie started by taking photos that were some of the best I have ever seen online looking at homes on numerous real estate web sites. Byron came right out and made sure our home was listed immediately! He is honest and responsive at all times to ensure his clients needs take priority. He provided us with masks and hand sanitizer for clients coming to view our home, signs for doors in the home regarding pets. He was there with us through the whole process and because of all his hard work, we had two contracts on our home workin a few months of listing it online with Byron. Byron is highly recommended as a realtor for buying or selling a home. He assisted us throughout the process and he was always honest, responsive and supportive of needs. We will always be thankful to him for all his hard work in selling our home so we could move to a different location!

There are two kind of realtors one that works hard to get your property
listed for sale and those that work hard to sell your property.
Byron is definitely the one to sell .
He helped us buy our property although he was not the listing agent.
From the beginning through closing Byron was there .
He traveled to property promptly as many times we asked, no matter what day. Was always ready to give advise whether who to contact for
inspections or any other questions we had including which places to eat,
or recreational places in vicinity. He not only sold us on buying the property but most importantly why we would want to live in this community.
