Caitlan Bavely

Caitlan is a Los Angeles, California native, who moved to Georgia in 2011. She has almost 20 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry and has an MBA degree in International Business from Loyola Marymount University. After starting a family, Caitlan decided it was time to pursue her true passion of real estate. Coming from a customer service and sales background, Caitlan knows the importance of being an expert at what she does and enjoys providing a consultative approach to best serve her clients.

Caitlan lives in Roswell with her husband, son, three stepchildren and Shepherd mix, Margot. When she is not helping buyers purchase their perfect home you can find her spending time on Canton Street with her family, volunteering at her son’s school and enjoying weekend getaways to her vacation home in Highlands, North Carolina.
