Caitlin is a third-generation realtor with 15 years of experience, involvement in over seven hundred transactions, and a deep obsession with the behind-the-scenes operations. She obtained her license while attending high school. She would enter real estate as a Director of Operations post University of Washington (2008).
When Kaitlin founded the Coakley Group in 2018, her goal was to serve clients with a different level of services and care. She has built her real estate practice on the principles of integrity, upholding a high set of ethics, working, and hustling hard, and collaborating with Brokers.
