Caitlin became enamored with this business since she grew up with a father who developed master planned communities up and down the West Coast. Her real estate practice is a boutique, concierge level business where the client will always directly work with her — not an assistant or associate. Her services go beyond the sale. She goes beyond and moves mountains for her clients. It is providing concierge services for her clients, no matter how big or small. She never allows her clients to compromise during their home buying or selling process. She is relentless in surpassing your expectations.

Caitlin is a third-generation realtor with 15 years of experience, involvement in over seven hundred transactions, and a deep obsession with the behind-the-scenes operations. She obtained her license while attending high school. She would enter real estate as a Director of Operations post University of Washington (2008).

When Kaitlin founded the Coakley Group in 2018, her goal was to serve clients with a different level of services and care. She has built her real estate practice on the principles of integrity, upholding a high set of ethics, working, and hustling hard, and collaborating with Brokers. Her clientele is exclusive: Kaitlin works with her sphere; past clients, and client referrals.
