Gloria and Caitlin share with their clients their own varied experience as real estate investors who have bought, renovated, and sold their own properties over the years. A veteran of many real estate transactions Gloria knows firsthand how stressful the process may be. A licensed assistant supports Gloria and Caitlin. Having weathered the many cycles of real estate in the past 30 years of business, she is able to share her knowledge with established clients as well as a new generation of buyers and sellers.

As the daughter of one of the top producing Silicon Valley Real Estate agents, it was a natural choice for Caitlin to join the real estate ranks. She began buying her own properties in 1998 and after several more transactions knew that was where her heart and soul belonged! Caitlin brings a plethora of fresh skills to the Real Estate industry. She was a Director at Charles Schwab in San Francisco. Prior to that, she worked as a Management Consultant for PriceWaterhouse and Anderson Consulting.

In 2005 they were named amongst the top 200 brokers in the country.
