Hi, I’m Caitlin Grisier — a licensed realtor serving the Clarksville, Tennessee and Fort Campbell area, including communities across both Tennessee and Kentucky. My journey in real estate began in 2015, when my family PCS’d to Fort Campbell and a couple years later my husband began his transition out of the military. Like many military spouses, I was looking for a purpose and a career that would grow with me no matter where we ended up. That’s when I discovered real estate.
I started as a transaction coordinator and assistant to a top-producing agent, later working in property management before earning my real estate license in 2016. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence, clarity, and care.
As a military spouse turned veteran’s wife and a mom, I know firsthand how important good school zones, fenced yards, and stress-free relocations are. I specialize in VA buyers, new construction, and supporting military families through every PCS, deployment, and transition.
When I’m not showing homes or walking listings, you’ll find me outdoors with my family or out running. I’m also passionate about all things local — from coffee shops and parks to small businesses and schools.
