Caitlin Racich Pearson is a Santa Barbara native with deep local roots, niche expertise and global reach in the residential real estate market. Known for her strong network and natural ability to sell and connect people with properties, she brings a lifelong background in building, investing, and real estate sales.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, Caitlin spent multiple successful years with the top-producing team at Sotheby’s International Realty, closing 85 deals and over $350M in sales volume. Her diverse experiences span residential sales, foreclosure and probate sales, trustee auctions, vacation rentals, staging and interior design.

A former Division I athlete, two-time All American and three-time Beach Volleyball National Champion at Pepperdine, Caitlin’s competitive edge and ability to work well under pressure match her negotiation skills. She proudly represents Compass, serving Santa Barbara, Hope Ranch, and Montecito.
