Raised in Atlanta GA, Caitlin is a graduate from Virginia Tech and has called Alexandria home since 2014. An entrepreneur at heart, she has accumulated an extensive depth of business knowledge from her career in design and business development, from women's apparel to advertising, to federal contracting.

Leveraging the groundbreaking technology of Compass, as well as her successful background in sales to problem solve and find solutions, Caitlin's clients will enjoy the full benefit of her comprehensive approach, keen eye for detail, expert use of marketing and social media tools, as well as endless enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism.

When she's not scouting the DMV for her clients next move, you can find her teaching reformer pilates at sculp'd in Old Town, enjoying pizza from her neighborhood favorite, The Haven, spending time with her family at their farm in Charlottesville, or enjoying a glass of vino with her husband on their patio.
