Caitlyn helped me narrow it down and provided me with information on each community, the approximate closing costs, and with a list of great referrals for the other professionals I would need for my purchase. She was quick to respond, willing to work around my work schedule for showings, and worked to get me the best option possible for my first home. Looking forward to working with her in the future!

Caitlyn was always prepared, ready for any question I had and always was able to show me houses right when they were posted on the market. We probably looked at close to 30 homes and she never lost track of helping me find the best home for me. Always responsive, made sure I had all the documents I needed and answered any questions I had. Caitlyn is very knowledgeable and will highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to sell or buy home!

Caitlyn was so great to work with. We originally tried selling our home by owner and kept dropping the price. We then decided that it may be best to hire someone to help us as we moved out of state. She was so great with communication and we ended up selling our house for more than we had it listed as (by owner.) I recommend working with her if you want a smooth house buying/selling experience.

Caitlyn sold our home in Lake in the Hills this summer and it was a very smooth process! We had tried to sell our home years prior and went through two agents and had awful experiences. We said we’d never use another agent to sell, but then we listed with Caitlyn and had an amazing experience! She handled the multiple offer situations great, her knowledge of the area was extensive, and she handled the transaction seamlessly.. Excellent communication, never had to wonder if she was on top of things.

Caitlyn is such a wonderful, enthusiastic realtor! We saw dozens of houses, and made 1/2 a dozen offers, and I'll admit there was a few times I felt like giving up. But she always did everything to try and keep a positive outlook on things. Her knowledge of the market and creativity was instrumental to finally getting the strongest offer to finally get my dream home! Though I don't plan on being in the market for another house any time soon, I would reach out again to her and no one else. She really knows how to understand your goals and dreams, and make them happen!

Caitlyn is VERY good at what she does!! I loved and enjoyed working with her. Really nice, professional, and most importantly responsive. She stayed on top of everything even when I felt like giving up she never did! She made me feel like I was her only client until she got the job done!
