Caitlyn Mulligan

after achieving a silver level recognition for the NJAR circle of excellence for the 2018 calendar year. She was also the top sales, top listing and top producing agent for the 2018 Calendar year at her previous office, as well as tying for her region as 2nd in resales for the year.

Caitlyn, a Scotch Plains Fanwood high school graduate, has been a Point Pleasant local since 2010. Caitlyn is frequently on the move for both her clients and horses.

Caitlyn has been a life long equestrian starting at Union County’s very own, Watchung Stables. She currently has hand raised her own mare, Teagan from a baby.

After studying psychology and therapeutic horsemanship at Saint Andrews University in Laurinburg, NC, Caitlyn turned her love into horses into a career by selling horses out of North Jersey.

Combining her millennial network, social media presence and drive, Caitlyn prides herself on always putting her clients needs first and thoroughly enjoys assisting first time home buyers. Occasionally her pup, Milo Ann, can be seen on appointments and loves to be her assistant for the day.
