Cal is a great real estate agent/broker. I have used him personally as my agent, he is great to deal with and always on top of things. He works hard for his clients be it buyers or sellers and always maximizes the outcome. Cal is a good man and has a great moral compass, those are two qualities that are hard to find in today's real estate market. I will not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.

Cal Griffin was very professional and personable from the first day we met him through the entire process of selling my Mother-in-Laws house. My wife and I do not live in this area and therefore had no idea of residential property values. Cal took the time upfront to thoroughly evaluate the house and give us an idea of what to expect. His estimation was higher than what we thought and was confident of the outcome.
Sure enough, he and his team brought a couple of offers to us within a couple of weeks. One was much higher than expected and a contract was initiated.
The potential buyer required access to the house several times during the contract period and Cal and his group took care of everything. Since we live several hours away, it was wonderful having someone so trustworthy to be willing to handle every aspect of the process. Due to his diligence and responsiveness, we were able to close on the property within a few weeks of listing the property with Remax.
The final outcome was receiving more than hoped for, doing it without any anxiety and having everything completed in such a short period of time.
Cal Griffin did so much more than what is normally expected in a business transaction. He acted as if we were important to him and that our needs were met. What a great person!
