Caleb did an amazing job finding me my house and helping me sell my other house. I’d used a different realtor for my first house and that experience was good, but I couldn’t have been happier switching to Caleb. The extra details that he was able to point out as we were buying our new house and selling our old house were incredible and things I never would have thought about. I was the first person in my family to use Caleb, but he’s since helped my parents and sister buy a new house. I recommend Caleb to anyone who ever asks me advice on who to help buy or sell a house for them. We loved working with Caleb! Made the process fun and smooth for us which was all we could ask for. Communication was great, he was always on top of everything, we could reach him at a phone call or text away. We had our house on the market in less than a week from our first sit down with him, faster than we could have imagined. We also had gotten our dream home with his navigation and communication with our seller. All around a great transaction. We would recommend him to all of our family and friends, and if we ever move again- we WILL be using Caleb no doubt. If he’s retired by then, we will take him out of retirement temporarily.
