About Caleb

Born and raised in the heart of Nashville, Caleb’s path to real estate was shaped early by his mother’s career in the industry during the city’s booming real estate era of the 1980s and ’90s. After earning a degree in Finance from Mississippi State University, Caleb began his career in sales before joining a Nashville-based builder and developer, where he gained hands-on experience in real estate development, construction, and the intricacies of the Nashville housing market. It was there that he discovered his true calling in real estate.

During his time working in development, Caleb developed a keen eye for design and craftsmanship, along with a sharp ability to identify strong investment opportunities in one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. By building lasting relationships with vendors and cultivating a vast professional network, in his first five years he has been involved in more than $100 million in real estate sales and development across hundreds of transactions—earning the trust of buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

In 2024, Caleb co-founded the Nash Native Team alongside business partner Chase Smith. Following Parks’ acquisition by Compass, the team strategically joined Compass Nashville and expanded with top local talent. Since its launch, the Nash Native Team has combined more than 18 years of real estate experience and over $67 million in sales.

When he’s not guiding clients through major real estate decisions, Caleb can be found searching the city for his next remodel project or dining at one of Nashville’s newest restaurants. A rare blend of designer, contractor, financial strategist, and true friend in the industry, Caleb is known for building genuine relationships and truly understanding both what his clients want and what they need— Or as the Nash Native Team says “helping bridge the gap between your dreams and reality”
