Caleb's roots run deep in Purcellville, Virginia, where he was born and raised. In his parents' footsteps, he pursued higher education at James Madison University, where he cultivated his passion for real estate during a transformative summer internship at Washington Fine Properties. After graduating from JMU in three years, Caleb swiftly transitioned into real estate as an agent at Cottonwood Commercial. During his time there, he honed his skills and garnered invaluable experience navigating a diverse array of transactions.

Marriage marked a pivotal moment for Caleb, prompting him to seize the opportunity to return to his hometown and collaborate with esteemed professionals Jennifer Thornett and Micah Corder at Washington Fine Properties. Currently, Caleb and his wife, Cara, reside in Western Loudoun, while he operates from the McLean office, serving clients with expertise, confidence, and the willingness to go the extra mile.
