Caleb Wise is the Vice President of Randy Wise Homes, a family-owned homebuilding company serving Northwest Florida. As the son of founders Randy and Debbie Wise, Caleb has been immersed in the business from a young age—starting with sweeping job sites and assisting with rebuilds. His early exposure to the industry instilled a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and client relationships.

Now a key leader in the company, Caleb brings hands-on experience and a people-first philosophy to his role. He is known for his commitment to building lasting relationships with homeowners, a value rooted in childhood memories of his mother embracing clients during final walkthroughs. Under his leadership, Randy Wise Homes continues to deliver high-quality custom homes and renovations across communities like Niceville, Destin, and Santa Rosa Beach.
