About Cameron
Cam has sold and listed over fifty homes (double the industry average) in the last three years, winning a number of top producer awards, earning numerous five-star client reviews, and setting a record high sale price in two local zip codes. He credits his early success to a tenacious work ethic, an ability to learn quickly, and his genuine desire to learn from and understand people.
Before real estate, Cam spent eight years in corporate finance and strategy where he held various leadership positions while working for a Fortune 100 company headquartered in Boston, where he received a number of accolades and developed a strong technical acumen. He calls on that experience to dissect and analyze the hyper-local market trends, present them in a simple and digestible way, and give his clients a clear understanding of the facts. He enjoys the partnerships and problem-solving involved in matching clients with their ideal property. For buyers, which means formulating the most competitive and creative offer possible, without over-paying. For sellers, which means understanding local pricing dynamics and formulating a custom marketing plan to generate the most buyer interest.
During his early years, Cam was a multi-sport athlete and employee of his family's food service business which meant that he was continually on the go and meeting new people. He traveled to numerous ice arenas and lacrosse fields along with a variety of fairs, festivals, concerts, sporting events, and even motorcycle rallies in support of the family business. Those early years developed his ability to understand and connect with people of all different backgrounds.
Prior to his professional career, he graduated from Avon Old Farms prep school and later went on to Quinnipiac University where he played Division I Lacrosse, achieving several academic distinctions, earning a B.S. in Finance/Marketing, and graduating with honors.
When he is not hard at work, you might find Cam golfing, fly-fishing, hiking in New Hampshire, or attending a New England Patriots game. Cam has been a Boston resident for more than nine years and enjoys recommending local restaurants, breweries, or bars - just ask!
