Service areas and specialties: Martha's Vineyard Island. Although the limited geographical area of our Island requires proficiency in representing both residential and commercial properties, the majority of Candy’s experience has been in residential sales.

Prior experience includes approximately 20 years of work as a legal assistant, primarily in the field of real estate conveyancing.

Candy is a native of the Vineyard who welcomes the diversity that "newcomers" bring to our community, while she works with local conservation groups and the Island Affordable Housing Fund to insure open spaces and attainable home ownership for us all and for our children.
