Home purchases/building can be one of the most stressful times in your life. I have depended on Candace on several transactions including buying, selling and building. I demand someone who has market specific knowledge as well as the experience to help guide me through the process with no surprises. I appreciate Candace's brutal honesty, integrity, and fortitude to get the job done. I am a very detailed person and have never dealt with anyone else who can keep up with my expectations and even exceed them in every way. I have been impressed with her knowledge and assistance in anything home related... before, during and after the sale. I have watched other Realtors tell people what they want to hear only to watch their property sit and not sell. If you expect honest answers and results, there is no better choice than Candace!

Candace went above and beyond what I think was even necessary in helping me sell my home and purchase another. She was very accessable, returning calls and emails promptly. Candace demonstrated great knowledge and expertise in the real estate market, about property value and work that needed done, and about the loan and closing processes. She has my respect because of her intergrity in doing things by the book and not being shady or sneaky like I have seen some real estate agents be. I always recommend Candace to everyone I know and I always tell them that she is the number one agent in Butler County. I tell people if you want someone to get the job done Candace is the one to use!
