Great realtor experience. I met Mrs. Candace through my son and his wife. They recommended her to me because they had a great experience with her when they sold their home. Having her as a realtor was the best decision I have made. She was with me during the whole process, helping with every step. I feel truly blessed to have her and her team as it can be stressful. Outstanding & Profesional. If you want a agent that is top of her field, Candace is the realtor you want. She is kind, thoughtful and always there to help you. I have sold 2 homes with her, and purchased my new home with her and I truly would never use any other realtor. She even got me several quotes for house insurance. She walks you through every step of the buying and selling process, making a sometime stressful situation so much easier. She even find you movers. She literally does it all. A great realtor and person.

End to end involvement. This was the best experience I’ve had with selling a house. Candace and her team were involved in the staging, photo shoot, listing and all stages in between. All recommendations were realistic and based on the market, not what she thought I wanted to hear. Because of that, my house literally sold in one day for asking price.

Great͏ first time purchasing experience
I moved to Brevard from Broward county so looking for a home in another county 2 hours from home was a bit challenging. I was on Zillow everyday with my Google Sheet of places to see on the weekend.

I met Candace while she was showing a house to one of her clients. After she checked to see if we were with another agent and me begging to see the one she was showing she agreed to show me the home I had found online myself. That was not the home I purchased. When leaving that house she provided me with her business card and a gift card to a local restaurant, which was awesome because we were starving after a day of roaming around looking at places.

I emailed Candace and she set up alerts for me and I stacked them up weekly sometimes bi-weekly to come up for a visit on the weekend to see. This was a time (May - July 2022) when properties were flying on and off the market within record time. I would supply her (mostly her lovely assistant Destinie) with a HUGE list of places I was interested to see and gave her about a day or two notice that I wanted to come see them and they accommodated me every time. We would sometimes view 10+ homes in a day. Needless to say the market was ridiculous at the time and when one of the homes I put an offer in came back on the market Destinie called me immediately and we began negotiations with them. The process of purchasing is exhausting, but they Candace, Destinie and their team of Insurance agents etc. answered all of my neurotic crazy questions gracefully.

I would highly recommend using Candace and her team they are amazing real estate professionals and lovely human beings!

Great͏ Experience
I enjoyed working with Candance and her assistant Destini. They're there with you every step of the way. They didn't quit until they found me a place I could call home. Even when things got difficult and seemed like I wouldn't find a home that checked off all my wants and needs, they worked hard and made it possible. In the end I found a nice home I love.

I'll be honest throughout the whole process she was the MVP above everyone that was working with me, she would adequately follow through on everything be it the inspection, talking to the seller, mortgage company, and insurance company.
