Candy is a full time, well rounded, ethical realtor with 23 years of experience. She started her career working for a home builder and developer in the 1990's. She supplemented that business by selling "expired" listings and "fsbo" listings that had been hard to sell for others. Candy has always worked with VA clients and first-time home buyers. She does not mind the extra effort.

Candy will be honest with you. If she thinks you need to make improvements, she will tell you. She will encourage you to be patient and wait until your home is ready. She will not encourage you to "just sign here" so she can put a sign in your yard. If she thinks a particular home is a bad investment, she will tell you.
