About Candice

My name is Candice Sosnowy and I have been lucky enough to be a resident of the Peel area from the age of 13 to now. My family relocated to Arkansas from California in the late 90’s and I have lived in and out of the state over the course of 20+ years. Following the oilfield took my family and I to 16 different places in 11 years. Something about this area always pulls us back!

I am married to my best friend, Chris and I am a mother to three amazing daughters, Summer, Bailea and Crystal. I have a background in banking and extensive customer service. I was fortunate to enjoy 7 years of being at home with my girls, but once the girls were older and more independent, I decided to start my career in real estate. I couldn’t have been blessed any greater, than to become Sandy Davenport’s assistant and right hand woman. We have worked together for several years now. I can confidently say that I have learned the ins and outs of the real estate business from the best of the best!

I enjoy this business so much, for the fact that I get to help people find just the right property to suit their needs and hopes. I love new comers to the area and showing them all the beauty and features our wonderful area has to offer! They say you don’t work a day of your life when you are doing what you love. I have to say, this career path must be my calling, because never a day goes by that feels like “work”.
