Candis Austin is AWESOME!!! She is very professional and very responsive when you call and addressing your every need. She has a very warm and friendly disposition and during the course of your encounter she becomes family. She genuinely cares about her clients and servicing their needs. She is a go-getter. She does her homework and puts in the work to meet her clients needs and get what they are looking for. She listens to her clients and she will have the conversations that clients need but don't want to hear in a loving way. I love her phrase, "I can't wait to see you at the closing table" which for me is positive.
