Candis Mann

Candi Curtis Richeson joins the Chris Doering Mortgage team, a perfect fit with her strong Florida Gator ties. Candi was a cheerleader for the University of Florida Gators while Chris played football during the 90’s. Candi graduated in 1995 from UF with High Honors and moved back to Gainesville in 2000.

Candi is very active in the Alachua County community and has had her real estate license for almost 25 years. Candi enjoys helping people with what is usually the biggest purchase of their lives. Her experience and many years in the industry gives her a better understanding of the process and helps her guide clients through each important step.
