About Candis

Candis is a licensed realtor that lives and works in the Ocala area. Many families have relied on her to assist them in finding their perfect home, while others have entrusted her with the sale of their homes as well. With 2022 being a stellar year for her, she has proven to be a top performer leading the Ocala office in sales or listings for multiple consecutive months.

Candis was born in Newport, Rhode Island on a naval base. Her family moved a lot, so this is where her love of seeing new places grew. This is where she also learned, at a very early age, how to make friends quickly. She settled down in a suburb near the city of Pittsburgh where she raised her children. She has over 20 years of experience with various construction engineering firms and government agencies which lead her to work for the Florida Department of Transportation as a Permit Manager. This experience has helped her to understand the permitting process for commercial and residential access on State Roadways. In addition to that, she has worked with borrowers to obtain approvals for mortgages. Both experiences have provided her with valuable insight that will help my customers.

Coming from a military family, she understands the benefits their hardworking service men and women have earned. The VA home loan program is one of those benefits that she can assist you with in finding that perfect home for you and your family.

On a personal note, Candis loves volunteering at her church and in her community. It is a true blessing to be growing roots here in the Ocala area. As a transplant, she understands how hard it is to move to a new area. She will do her best to assist any new transplants with learning the area long after the closing of their new home is done.
