My educational journey took me from the Windy City to the halls of Northwestern University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree, and onward to complete both an MBA and a Doctorate in Management (PhD)—an academic path that has sharpened my negotiation skills, strategic planning, and client-first philosophy.
